Coupon Codes

You must redeem coupon codes at the time you place your order.  If you have trouble using the coupon code, please contact us before you place your order.  Once your order has been placed, we can only credit your account with reward points.  We cannot refund any payments you made.  Do not put the coupon code in the “notes” section of the shopping cart.  If you do not know where to enter the code, see the photo below.

Steps to Redeeming a Coupon Code

1. If you are a new customer, register by clicking on the "Register / Login" link at the top of the website.

2. If you are an existing customer, log in to your account by clicking "Register / Login" at the top of the website. (Note: If it says "My Account" then you are already logged in.)

3. If the coupon code is for a specific product, add it to your cart. The item MUST be in your cart before you use the coupon code.

4. If there is a minimum purchase amount required, make sure you have that much added to your cart. You MUST have reached the minimum purchase amount before using the coupon code.

5. Check the expiration date on the coupon and make sure it is before that date.

6. Go to the shopping cart page. Under where it has the products you added to your cart and where it asks you to choose your free samples, it will say “Redeem a Discount Coupon”. In this box enter the coupon code (do not use quotation marks and keep it case sensitive). The arrows point to the location in the screen shot:

Troubleshooting

If the shopping cart does not say "Redeem a Discount Coupon" then first check to make sure you are registered and logged in. The website should say "My Account" at the very top if you are logged in.
If it says "my account" and you still do not see "Redeem a Discount Coupon", then there is a problem with your browser. Either refresh your browser or try using a different one.

If it says "coupon invalid" then check to make sure:
1. Your subtotal is greater than the minimum purchase amount.
2. You have added the required product to your cart.
3. It is not past the expiration date.
4. You have not already used the coupon code. (If you go through to paypal and then back to the shopping cart, it believes you have already used the coupon code and you need to contact us.)

If it does not adjust your amount due, you have not put the coupon code in the correct section. Make sure you enter the code where it says “Redeem a Discount Coupon” and not where it says "Customer Notes". If you're seeing the section that says "Customer Notes", go back in your browser to the previous page.
