Here at Goat Milk Stuff, we believe in helping people. There are so many wonderful causes and groups out there needing support to make a difference. We think your cause is very important and we would like to help you reach your financial goals. To that end, we have developed a fundraiser program. We believe our soaps make a wonderful fundraiser because they are very appealing to a wide range of people. After all, everyone needs soap! If you have never used our soaps and have any questions on the quality, take a look at our testimonial page.
We're making available ten of our most popular goat milk soaps to use in your fundraiser, and you will keep $3 for every $6 bar of soap you sell. Our program requires you to sell a minimum of 30 bars of soap.
You can take a look at our fundraiser form now, and when you're ready to begin, we can email it to you as a word document. That way, if you wish, you can modify it to include your group name and contact information. The form has color photos of the soaps with descriptions on the front and an order form on the back. You may print out as many of these 8 1/2" x 11" documents as you need.
When you are ready to begin, go to the website and click on the "Register/Login" link on the top. Create an account for your fundraiser - if you already have a personal account, you'll want to create a different one for the fundraiser. Once you have this account created, email us or give us a call and we will switch the account over to Fundraiser status.
Once your account is switched to Fundraiser, you can click on the Soaps link and you will see the fundraiser sample packs that are available for you to purchase. These sample packs are optional for your people to bring with them as they fundraise. You have two options available. Our $3 sample packets consist of 3 travel sized soaps in our most popular scents - oatmeal milk & honey, black raspberry, and honeysuckle. Our $8 sample packets consist of travel bars in all 10 of the available scents. The travel bars will come in stamped bags so anybody can tell them apart. Having samples that customers can see and smell will make it much easier for your people to sell the soaps.
When you are done collecting orders, just log back into your account and place your order. You may pay with a credit card, paypal, or check. Once your order and payment are received, we will ship the soap to you within 2 business days. You may then disburse the soaps to your customers. Each soap is individually labeled with the scent, so they are easily identifiable.
If your fundraiser sells at least 100 bars, we will pay for the shipping of the soaps, otherwise you will be responsible for shipping fees. If you sell over 100 bars, please choose the shipping option "Fundraiser over 100 bars" so the shopping cart does not charge you shipping. Then, just put in a note asking us to mail the fundraiser to you.
Please be aware that this program is for selling the soaps directly to people in a face-to-face environment. If you are stating online that you are using our soaps as a fundraiser, you may not use our photos or our soap descriptions. You must take your own photos and write your own descriptions to post on your website or blog. You may post links to our website.
