Customer Reward Program

We have a customer loyalty program for website orders. You just need to be a registered user of our website and you are automatically entered into the reward program.

For every $1 you spend with Goat Milk Stuff (excluding shipping), you earn 1 point. Every 20 points you earn is worth $1 to you. Points will be available with your next purchase. In other words, you can not use points you earned with a purchase to pay for that purchase.

You may redeem your points at checkout. You may use all your points at once or just a portion of them at a time. The minimum increment available to redeem is 20 points. The option to pay with points will appear automatically at checkout.

To determine how many reward points you have, just log in to your account and click on the "My Account" link on the top right of the website. Your points total will be listed there.

Retail Reward Program

We are looking to find new retail stores to carry our soap and we need your help!

To be a part of this program, just talk to a potential retail store about our soaps (try to talk to the person in charge of buying). Tell them how much you love the soaps and why you think our soaps would be a good fit for their store. Gather the following information and email it to PJ with the subject "Retail Reward Program":

- Name of Store
- Address of Store
- Phone Number of Store
- Name of Person responsible for purchasing products for the store
- Phone Number of Buyer (if different)
- Date you visited the store
- Your full name
- Your user name on our website (if you haven't registered, you need to register to receive points)

For every name and phone number you send, you will get 50 bonus points added to your account.

If the store purchases and carries our soaps, you will get another 150 bonus points.

We have available 4"x6" postcards that we give to wholesale customers, if you are interested in receiving some of these, just email PJ. And if you have a new bar of soap to show them what it looks like, it's a great idea to bring that along.

Our soaps have done really well at established businesses from coffee shops, to book stores, to beauty shops, to feed stores. So be creative when you think of what types of stores to visit.
