When you place an order, we will include up to three small soap samples with your order. Soap samples are small pieces of soap that are good for a few hand washings. They are designed to give you an idea of what the scent smells like and how it feels on your skin. These samples do not come labeled, and are only identifiable by their color and their scent. So please be aware that if you need a positive identification on your samples, you need to order samples that do not look alike. If you’ve been a long time customer and know what the scents smell like you can pick your favorite or share them with others!

We do not send out free samples alone. We include up to 3 free samples with orders as a courtesy to our customers. We do not always have all scents available as samples because we do not cut up full bars of soap to make samples. If the scent is not listed, then we apologize, but it is not available.

Because there are so many people with allergies, we do not add samples to orders unless you specifically request them. To include them, first add something you want to buy to your shopping cart. Below what you’ve added, on the right, you will see a drop down menu and an orange oval that says “add a sample” (see the photo below). Just choose one sample at a time until you have 3 added to your cart.

We always do our best to make sure that you receive your order exactly as you requested. We have one person pull, one person check, and one person box. Despite this system, we still make mistakes and occasionally soap samples do not get added. We apologize if this happens to you. Unfortunately, we do not send the samples out by themselves, but we will gladly include extra samples on your next order if you request them.
