Parker is out of Persephone, our top doe. He is a purebred alpine. Persephone's strengths are her large teats and orifices, which make her super easy to milk. This is a good thing because she peaks at 19 pounds of milk a day (8 pounds is a gallon). Persephone is a finer boned doe who puts it all into the milk pail. Her udder is very well attached with a very smooth fore. Parker's sire is Ned who is out of a very milky, correct doe who is an Indiana State Fair Champ.
