Goat Milk Soap Shipping

How does my order ship?

Your order will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use USPS because they offer the priority flat rate postage option and for the vast majority of our orders, this is the least expensive option available. In a world where shipping costs continue to rise, we are always searching for ways to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to continued problems with international orders disappearing, we no longer ship directly to international addresses. If you would like to purchase from Goat Milk Stuff, you will need to sign up with a service (one example is http://myus.com) that will give you a United States address that we can ship your order to. We guarantee your package to your U.S. shipping address. We are not responsible for the package after that and will not reimburse you if it is not received.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will ship out very quickly. In fact, 99% of orders placed before 11am ship out the same business day. Priority mail orders will arrive in 2-3 business days after leaving the soaproom. First class orders may take a day or two longer.

The only time our speedy shipping is a problem is if you make an error or forget to add something to your order. If this occurs, please follow these instructions on how to change your order.

Can I track my package?

We encourage you to track your package, especially if you ordered food items. When your order is shipped, we email you a tracking number. If you do not receive this tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.

You can use the tracking number to track your package at http://usps.com.

What if I don't receive my package?

If your package does not arrive, first check your tracking number online. Then if needed, contact your local post office with the tracking number. We do not have any more information on the location of your package than is shown by the tracking number. Your post office is the only one who can locate your package for you.

If the post office is unable to locate your package, please contact us then so we can make sure your order is delivered to you.

Can you ship other than USPS?

At this point in time, we are unable to ship your order with any other delivery service.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is currently available on all orders over $50. We occasionally send out free shipping with lower minimums via email a few times a year. To receive these notifications, please sign up for the Goat Milk Stuff monthly newsletter in the left side-bar of this page or at http://gmsnewsletter.com.

How do I ship to a different address?

  1. Log into your account at http://goatmilkstuff.com/My-Account
  2. Click on "address book"
  3. Add the new address
  4. You MUST then click on the word "select" by the proper address and that address will turn bold
  5. The address that is bold is the one that will appear as the "ship to" address
  6. If you have difficulty, add a "customer note" to your order telling us where to ship the package.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies based on what you order, how much you order, and where it is shipping. Shipping starts at $3 for just a single bar of soap to the United States and goes up from there. The best way to determine your exact shipping costs (remember orders over $50 ship free to the United States in 2016), is to add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process. The website will give you the exact shipping cost before you need to enter your credit card number. You can experiment to see what is the best shipping value based on exactly what you are ordering.

Is there a cheaper way to ship than the options I am given?

We work very hard to offer the most efficient and lowest price shipping methods for your order. The shipping choices the website offers are the least expensive USPS options available based on what you ordered and where you live.
