1 Poppy Seed Sourdough Bagel
Each yummy bagel weighs approximately 5 oz and is boiled in water before being baked. They are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and go perfectly with our variety of chevre cream cheeses.

We use goat milk whey (instead of water) in these bagels because the whey contains trace minerals (such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, and selenium) that are necessary for good health, as well as extra protein.

Sourdough bagels are a healthier alternative to standard bagels that use yeast. For more information, checkout the benefits of sourdough.

Note: We use the goat milk from our herd of healthy, pastured goats to make our cheese. Whey is a byproduct of cheesemaking and our whey has not been independently tested for the mineral content.

Ingredients Flour, Goat Milk Whey, Sourdough Starter, Olive Oil, Malt Powder, Poppy Seeds, Salt, Egg White Wash. Corn meal is sprinkled on cooking trays.
