Baby Goat Experience
Baby Goats Love To Snuggle
Have you ever wanted to snuggle with a baby goat? Now's your opportunity! For the first time ever, we're allowing people into our baby goat pen. Schedule your time with the baby goats here, or read on for answers to your questions.

Do I need to schedule our experience?

Yes, you do need to schedule your baby goat experience. The scheduler will tell you what times we have available, so you can be sure that we'll be able to take you to see the goats. You can schedule your time here:

How long does it last?

The half hour Baby Goat Experience is approximately twenty-five minutes in the pen with the baby goats, and five minutes getting to and from, as well as washing up afterwards.

How much does it cost?

The Baby Goat Experience is $5 per person who goes back to see the goats, regardless of age. If you don't want to bring your infant, they will have to stay in the farm store with an adult.

Can I bring my children?

Absolutely! Keep in mind that they will be in the pen with the goats, and the babies will be climbing on them and nibbling on them.

What do I need to bring?

  • Clothes that can get dirty. This is an absolute must! You'll be in the pen with the baby goats, and they'll be climbing all over you.
  • Closed-toed shoes. Baby goats stepping on your bare toes hurts. Avoid that by wearing something other than flip-flops or sandals!
  • Hair ties, a hat, or a hoodie. If you have long hair, you need to be warned - there is nothing baby goats like better than chewing on long hair! While it doesn't usually damage your hair, it can get obnoxious. Putting it up in a bun solves most of your problems.

Will there be a bathroom available during the baby goat experience?

No, but there's a bathroom available before you start.

Can I purchase items while at your farm?

Yes! The farm store will be open and you can purchase anything you'd like.

Do I need to sign a waiver

Yes, you will be asked to sign a Farm Liability Waiver.

Can I take photographs?

Absolutely! We love seeing your pictures - share them with hashtag #GMSKids!

May I bring food or drinks?

No food is permitted in the barn. You may bring things to eat in your car if you'd like. Water is allowed in the barn, but we ask that you please don't bring anything else.

Can I bring my dog or other pets?

Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the barn, or in any of the buildings. Your dog will have to stay in your car the whole time.

Are there any physical requirements?

The soaproom and kitchen building are accessible to everyone and a sidewalk connects them to the barn. But guests are required to walk to the barn and may not drive there. Our parking lots are currently gravel so care should be taken with those who have difficulty walking.
