I love baby goat time. It is a time when baby goats in our bathtub, is almost normal:

It is a time when chasing baby goats around the house is acceptable:

It is a time when cuteness prevails:

It is a time when friends come over to visit us the baby goats:

It is a time when waking up at 4 am is not questioned:

It is a time when you never take off your headset, because you are too busy to get up to answer the phone:

It is a time when riding them holding them between your legs is ok because they don’t wear collars yet:

It is a time when everybody runs:

It is a time when they learn to feed themselves: 

Kidding time is an amazing time!

Once kidding season is over, you get these warm, fuzzy feelings as you look at the pictures of that season’s babies.  And then you can’t wait til next kidding season – despite the 4 am wake up calls, the staying up half the night in the freezing cold barn, and all the other good stuff.

But you know what? These babies are totally worth it.

Oh and BTW, kidding season is not that close actually. I just wanted a reason to post these super cute photos!
