  1. When it comes to healthy living I struggle most with exercise! I’ve made huge strides in healthy eating, like eating whole foods, cutting out sugar, etc. I even started baking my own bread when I couldn’t find a store bought one that wasn’t made with sugar! Exercise seems to be much harder to fit. I enjoy bicycling, swimming, and yoga, but struggle to do them consistently. Maybe it will be more of a priority in the future. 🙂

For example, I have heard of three different amounts of water to intake a day. I still drink eight glasses, but I’ve heard that is no longer enough.

My job requires driving from 11am until about 4 pm, so there is no time for lunch, and a late dinner is what I get, after an EARLY breakfast at around 6am. So from 6 am until 4 pm or so …no food. Not healthy, I know!

  106. When it comes to healthy living, I struggle most with finding a way to either sneakily, or downright being honest trying to get my family to eat new and healthy foods. So far, I’ve blind sided them with Chocolate Avocado Pudding. And, I’m NOT even going to tell them that it’s made with avocado’s and NOT butter, creams, or sugars. I swear, it tastes like chocolate truffles. Very rich. They love it, and have NO CLUE. Score 1 for the MUM!! 🙂
