Most mornings, the children make their own breakfasts. One of their “quickie” breakfasts is instant oatmeal. It became even faster and easier for them to make once Grandma bought us a Keurig*.
They take their instant oatmeal and a bowl:
Add the oatmeal to the bowl:
And add the hot water from the Keurig*!
The finished result:
It’s extremely easy for them to make, and it’s faster than heating up water the normal way!

Never thought of making oatmeal like this! Good job! I don’t have one of those machines so we make it in the microwave. But my sister has one, and when we go visit her family in Texas, we will give it a try!
I fought having a Keurig for a LONG time. I did NOT want one because the k-cups are so expensive. But I admit – I love it. LOL PJ

This is a great idea! I don’t have a Keurig at home, but there is one at school (I’m a teacher.) I need to keep some instant oatmeal on hand, and a bowl and spoon, for the mornings that I forget to eat breakfast. Yes, I did say “forget” sigh! Too much running through this brain of mine. Mornings are often kids first (my own) and momma second. I even went to school with two different shoes one morning! lol
