We want to make using your favorite goat milk soaps and other goat milk products as simple, easy, and carefree as possible. And so a few months ago we introduced our new Autoship program.
After months of testing and feedback, we've improved it! Now you can not only get your goat milk soaps shipped to you automatically, but you can save money while doing it!

Let's get into the details of the program and how it can make your life easier...
To put it simply, Autoship is a subscription service. It will allow you to purchase products on a recurring basis - monthly, every second month, every third month, every sixth month, or annually. This will take the pressure off of checking whether you have the products you need and ordering them each time. The products will be charged and shipped automatically.
We periodically offer discount coupon codes on our website. We always offer site-wide discounts during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday holiday shopping weekend. But we offer discounts at other times as well. The way the system is setup, these discounts are not able to be applied to your Autoship purchases.
But we've come up with a way to enable our Autoship customers to save money on their regular orders.
Going forward, starting with your third Autoship, a 5% discount will automatically be applied to your Autoship items.
And from your tenth Autoship forward, a 10% discount will automatically be applied to your Autoship items.
You do not need to take any action or enter any codes - these discounts should automatically be applied. If you ever have any concerns that they aren't being correctly applied, please let us know!
Setting up Autoship is easy. For each product you purchase, you would simply choose the Autoship option instead of the one-time purchasing choice. You can then choose your purchasing frequency in the dropdown on the right-hand side. The frequency refers to the intervals at which we will automatically send you the product you need. This could be anywhere from every month to every twelve months. The choice is up to you.
Simply log into your account and head to your Subscriptions alongside the Home option. From this section, you will be able to view all the products you currently have on Autoship along with their cost and frequency.
By clicking on the product you will be able to view everything from their next delivery date, payment information, and how many will be arriving.
If you’re looking to cancel an Autoship product, you can click on the product within your Subscriptions folder. When scrolling through to the bottom, there will be the option to ‘Skip this order’ where you will simply skip the next delivery, or ‘Cancel subscription’ allowing you to cancel the Autoship product.
Because our limited edition soaps are not regularly available, they are not able to be set as an Autoship.
Did you know that you don’t have to add one-time purchases in a different order? If you have an Autoship arriving, you can effortlessly add a one-time purchase to the order so they arrive at the same time. You have the ability to completely personalize your orders.

If you have any difficulty or want to make changes, you can do them all yourself with the directions above. But if you have any difficulty, please reach out to us before your Autoship order is charged.
