Add to Order

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it's not too late to add to it! 😃 The steps below may seem a bit complicated, but it's actually pretty straightforward, so don't get overwhelmed!

HOW TO DETERMINE IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN FULFILLED.
When your order is fulfilled, you will be emailed a tracking number. If you've received a tracking number already then it is too late to add to your order.

If you're unsure whether or not you have been given a tracking number, you can check on the fulfillment status of your order yourself with these steps:

  1. Go to https://goatmilkstuff.com/account
  2. Log in (see below if you're having difficulty logging in)
  3. Look at your most recent order under "Order History".
  4. Check the "Fulfillment Status"
  5. If it says "Unfulfilled" then you can add to your order and you need to write down the order number of your existing order.
  6. If it says "Fulfilled" then your order is in the process of being packaged and it is too late to add any additional items.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN.
If you are having difficulty logging in, that usually means you have not created an account. You most likely checked out as a guest by using your email but not creating a password. To fix this problem follow these steps:

  1. Go to: https://goatmilkstuff.com/account/register
  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email
  3. Enter a password
  4. Click "Sign Up"

HOW TO ADD TO AN UNFULFILLED ORDER.
If your order is currently unfulfilled, you need to go on the website and place an order for the additional items. For your security, we don't keep your credit card on file, so you will need to enter your credit/debit/paypal information again to pay for the added item(s). Just follow these steps:

  1. Add just the additional item(s) to your cart at https://goatmilkstuff.com
  2. When everything is added, go to your cart at https://goatmilkstuff.com/cart
  3. You MUST add a Note on this page that says, "Please combine with my previous order #XXXXXX" (you should have written down this number earlier).
  4. If you do not add this note, the order will NOT be combined.
  5. Checkout as you normally would.

A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING
When you add to your order, the website cannot adjust for what the shipping should be based on your previous order. So you will be charged for shipping for the additional item(s) unless you are adding $50 or more. If we are able to combine your orders and save you money on shipping we will pass along the savings to you. We will either:

  1. Refund the extra shipping you paid less a 5% fee. The fee is because the credit/debit card companies pass along the cost to issue the refund. It is not something that we charge.
  2. Add extra products to offset the extra shipping you paid.

Which option you will receive is at our discretion based on what is going on in the soaproom when we combine your orders.

A FINAL CAUTION
Please be aware that occasionally you may check on your order and it is currently unfulfilled. But while you are placing an order for the additional items, we fulfill your first order. If this happens, we will ship your two orders separately. This only rarely occurs, but it is a possibility so we did want to mention it.
