Before we can issue you a credit for the order, you must first contact your local post office with the tracking number to see if they can locate your package.
Once you have heard back from them, please fill out all fields on this form. We cannot issue a credit if there is missing or inaccurate information.
Your order is not considered missing until the USPS system has not been updated for 14 days during normal times and 21 during holiday times.
Once we have verified that package is missing, we will issue you an online GMS credit so you can place a replacement order.
