If you are new to a scent or product, please first try the smallest size possible before ordering a larger size. The satisfaction guarantee only applies to bulk items if they are defective or arrive with shipping damage. Bulk items include large lotion sticks, lotion tubs, laundry refills, bulk bath fizzies, bulk tooth powder, etc. These bulk items may not be returned because you don't care for the item.
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of it and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will quickly respond and help you to determine if a refund or replacement is the best option.
We work very hard to have your orders shipped quickly and with no errors. One person pulls your order, another person checks it, and a third person boxes it up. Despite these quality checks, sometimes an error still occurs. If this happens, just take a photo of what you received and email it to us with your order number. We will get the error corrected quickly and reship what you should have received. If any items that were sent in error need to be returned, we will get you directions on how to return them as easily as possible.
If you change your mind about an item, you may return any unused product within 1 week of receiving it and we will promptly refund the cost of the product 100% once it is returned to us and arrives in good condition. Used products may only be returned under special conditions and are treated on a case by case basis depending on the item and the reason for return. Not caring for a particular scent is not sufficient to return a used item for a full refund. We recommend that you smell any items before using them. We do our best to accurately describe scents, but because everyone's sense of smell is unique, it is hard to fully describe a scent over the computer. Please smell the item before using it to make sure you like it because you may return any items that have not been used for a full refund.
