Learn how to process and can your own produce in this 2 hour canning class with PJ and Mason. Depending on the time of year, the class could be making pickles, jelly, pie filling, or any other assorted canned goods, but PJ will answer any questions you have about canning.
The class will go over both pressure canning and water bath canning, and you will be able to take home some of the jars you help can!
All supplies are provided, unless you have made arrangements with PJ to bring your own.
