Cold Relief Lotion Tub (Original)
This tub holds 4 oz of solid lotion in the original (red) formula. Our Cold Relief lotion contains eucalyptus essential oil and menthol and has really helped our family when we have colds. We use it on our chests, backs, and the bottom of our feet where it is absorbed quickly. Plus, a little on your wrist keeps that clearing and soothing smell handy. It is also available in a small stick and large stick.

Solid lotion is not creamy or "liquidy", but is similar to the consistency of lip balm. We have two solid lotion formulas available (what's the difference?) so that people with allergies still have a choice. The original (red) formula has a higher melting point, and does not soften as quickly as the mango butter (orange) formula.

To use, scrape off some lotion with the included scoop. Rub it onto your hands and smooth it onto your dry skin areas. When applying to the face, rub lotion onto clean hands and then apply to face with your hands. Allow the lotion to sink into your skin and leave it feeling smooth and soft. Be careful not to use too much - these are not diluted with water the way liquid lotions are. If it is not fully absorbed (your skin should not feel greasy) in two minutes, you are applying too much.

Ingredients Soybean oil; Beeswax; Sunflower oil; Cocoa butter; Shea butter; Vitamin E; Eucalyptus Essential Oil; Menthol.

Love the cold relief!! I've used Vicks baby rub for years and when I saw you carried cold relief I immediately bought it and after 6 months and a few rounds of colds I'm hooked. No more greasy hands and it really works.

I will admit that when I ordered the lotion tub at first glance it seemed a bit pricy for the size of the tub. However, I quickly realized it was certainly worth every penny! Because it is concentrated without all that watery filler of most lotions, I found that the smallest amount goes very far! Before this, I couldn't stand lotion for some reason. Now that I use GMS Lotion, I have learned to enjoy lotion!

I'm a nurse and I work in a hospital. I wash my hands nearly 50 times in the first 4 hours of my evening shift. Our hospital cleans our skin well, so well that all the natural oil on my hands is washed off leaving my hands
bright red, wrinkled, dry to nearly cracking and stiff as cardboard. Once the evening begins to calm down for the night I can sit down to chair, I pull out my lotion stick or my little tub
and I can begin to feel my skin bounce back to life. I keep my stick in my pocket for quick access.

I am not a big fan of lotion but when my skin gets dry this is the first stuff I turn to. I've used the stick before, but it's hard to get a large amount of coverage with that. This tub is perfect for moisturizing large areas, like your arms or legs, or for doing even little areas like your feet. The smell is good, the lotion absorbs pretty fast, and it's all natural!
