How to Use Goat Milk Bath

Everyone is different, so experiment with how little or how much you need to leave your skin feeling soft, smooth, and clean.

  1. Fill your bathtub with comfortable warm/hot water.
  2. Add your desired amount of Milk Bath.
  3. Swish the water around until the Milk Bath is dissolved (you can do this while in the tub).
  4. Soak (while relaxing or playing in the bath) for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Carefully exit the bathtub and pat dry.

There is no need to rinse off (unless you added an excessive amount of milk bath).

Since everyone's bathing habits (and tubs) are unique, we can't recommend how much you should use. Your goal should be water that looks cloudy or milky, without any undissolved shreds left in the tub. So start with a small handful and adjust up from there until you're happy with your bathing experience!
