Goat Milk Soap

How do my soaps arrive?

Every size bar (full, half, or travel) of goat milk soap comes in a cotton drawstring bag. Uncured logs of goat milk soap are also available. These logs arrive without any packaging, labeling, or cotton bags.

How do I know which scent is which?

Each bag has the scent stamped on the front. Under where it says "Handmade Goat Milk Soaps" (in red), there we will be a black stamp with the name of the soap. Because these are all stamped by hand, sometimes they are crooked or double-stamped (especially if the younger children have been stamping).

Do you recycle the bags?

Yes, we do recycle the bags.

How can I return the bags?

You can send the bags back to us at Goat Milk Stuff, 76 S Lake Rd N, Scottsburg, IN 47170.

Can I get soap without the bags?

By law, we are required to label that our soaps are soap. If you do not want the bags, you need to add a customer note to your order that says, "I do not want any cotton bags. I understand that my soap will not be labeled 'soap'."

Can I get my soap without the business cards?

By law, we are required to list the minimum weight of the soap (which is stated on the business card). If you do not want the cards, you need to add a customer note to your order that says, "I do not want any business cards. I understand that my soap will not have the minimum weight listed."

Can I get extra bags?

Yes, you can get extra bags with or without business cards. The bags are 25 cents each and can be purchased here: GMS Cotton Bags.
