This Shipping Policy explains how Goat Milk Stuff LLC processes, ships, and handles orders placed through goatmilkstuff.com.

Order Processing

We work hard to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most customers receive a shipping confirmation email within two business days after placing an order.

Processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays, promotions, periods of unusually high order volume, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been submitted, it may enter our fulfillment process quickly. Please review your products, quantities, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Our standard U.S. shipping rates are generally:

  • $5 - $9 depending on the weight of the order and distance the soap has to travel to final delivery.
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more

The merchandise subtotal is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes, shipping charges, or optional shipping coverage.

Certain products, oversized orders, destinations, or special circumstances may result in different shipping charges. The shipping rate displayed at checkout will be the applicable rate for your order.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

U.S. orders are generally shipped through the United States Postal Service using USPS Ground Advantage.

USPS Ground Advantage packages typically arrive within two to five business days after leaving our facility. This timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Goat Milk Stuff’s control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a tracking email within two business days after placing your order. You may also contact us for assistance.

Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive or secure their packages.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review the shipping address shown on your order confirmation immediately after placing your order. If the address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at soap@goatmilkstuff.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or shipped.

Goat Milk Stuff is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

Replacement Shipping Coverage

We carefully package every order, but we cannot control what happens to a package after it leaves our farm.

Optional Replacement Shipping Coverage may be offered during checkout for a small additional charge. The cost varies depending on the size or value of the order.

When Replacement Shipping Coverage is purchased, Goat Milk Stuff will provide a one-time replacement for a qualifying order that is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

Replacement Shipping Coverage:

  • Applies only to the order for which it was purchased
  • Provides no more than one replacement shipment
  • Does not provide a cash payment or refund
  • Does not cover an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Does not cover packages refused by the recipient
  • Does not cover packages returned because they were not claimed
  • May require photographs, tracking information, or other documentation
  • Is subject to verification and reasonable investigation by Goat Milk Stuff

The replacement order will contain the same products whenever reasonably possible. If an item is unavailable, Goat Milk Stuff may substitute a comparable item, issue store credit, or provide another appropriate resolution.

Orders Without Replacement Shipping Coverage

Replacement Shipping Coverage is optional and may be removed during checkout.

When a customer declines Replacement Shipping Coverage, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer after the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

If an uncovered package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS and pursuing any available carrier investigation or claim.

Declining Replacement Shipping Coverage does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date:

  1. Review the tracking information provided by USPS.
  2. Check around your home, mailbox, parcel locker, porch, garage, and other delivery locations.
  3. Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
  4. Contact your local post office and provide the tracking number.
  5. Contact Goat Milk Stuff if the carrier is unable to locate the package.

Goat Milk Stuff generally has access to the same tracking information displayed to the customer and may be unable to provide additional location details until the carrier completes its investigation.

A package is not necessarily considered lost solely because it is delayed or because tracking has not recently updated.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check all possible delivery locations and contact your local post office promptly.

For orders protected by Replacement Shipping Coverage, we may require the customer to complete these steps before approving a replacement.

For orders placed without Replacement Shipping Coverage, Goat Milk Stuff is not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms were delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged and you purchased Replacement Shipping Coverage, contact us as soon as possible. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photographs of the damaged products
  • Photographs of the shipping container and packaging
  • Any other information reasonably requested

Please keep the products and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Normal cosmetic changes that do not prevent a product from being used as intended may not qualify as shipping damage.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to claim the package, or another delivery issue.

If a package is returned, we will contact the customer when reasonably possible. The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order is sent again.

Original shipping charges, optional Replacement Shipping Coverage charges, and carrier return fees may be nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Goat Milk Stuff.

International Shipping

Goat Milk Stuff ships directly to certain countries, including Canada. Available international destinations and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

International customers in countries we do not ship to directly may choose to use an independent package-forwarding service.

Package-forwarding services are separate businesses and are not owned, operated, endorsed, or controlled by Goat Milk Stuff. Customers who use a forwarding service are responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining their forwarding-service account
  • Paying the forwarding service’s charges
  • Providing the correct forwarding address
  • Complying with the laws of the destination country
  • Paying customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges
  • Resolving loss, damage, delay, or delivery problems occurring after the package reaches the forwarding service

Unless otherwise required by law, Goat Milk Stuff’s responsibility for a forwarded order ends when the order is delivered to the forwarding address provided during checkout.

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing and local delivery may cause additional delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated during checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable charges.

Goat Milk Stuff is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for packages refused because the recipient does not pay required duties or taxes.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or restrict shipment to certain addresses, destinations, freight-forwarding locations, or jurisdictions when:

  • Shipping is unavailable or impractical
  • Carrier service is suspended
  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions apply
  • The address cannot be verified
  • The order presents an unreasonable risk of loss or misuse

If we cancel an order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes to our shipping rates, carriers, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The version posted on our website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
