Scent Descriptions

At Goat Milk Stuff we use both essential oils and fragrance oils to scent our Goat Milk Soaps, Solid Goat Milk Lotions, and other bath & body items. Essential oils are purely plant derived whereas fragrance oils have a synthetic component. Goat Milk Stuff only uses fragrance oils that are paraben and phthalate free and safe to use.

If you would like to keep your soaps and lotions as natural as possible, stick with essential oil or unscented items. We include fragrance oils as options because we feel they are safe for our skin and because you can't get favorite scents (such as Black Raspberry or Oatmeal Milk & Honey) in an essential oil.

While we use high quality ingredients, please keep in mind that the scent may start to fade 9-12 months after the soap is made (and not from the date you purchased it).

These are all the standard scents used at Goat Milk Stuff. 

  • Almond (Essential oil). A sweet, cherry scent.
  • Black Raspberry (Fragrance oil). Smells like black raspberries with a hint of vanilla. Sweet and very popular.
  • Clean Cotton (Fragrance oil). Smells like clean laundry.
  • Frankincense & Myrrh (Fragrance and Essential oils). An exotic musky, incense-type fragrance with great complexity.
  • Honeysuckle (Fragrance oil). The scent of honeysuckles on the vine with a hint of jasmine.
  • Lavender (Essential oil). The comforting scent of lavender flowers.
  • Lemongrass (Essential oil). The strong, clean, lemony scent of lemongrass.
  • Luv Spell (Fragrance oil). A feminine, floral, citrus scent.
  • Oatmeal, Milk & Honey (Fragrance oil). A strong, clean honey scent with hints of the warmth of oatmeal.
  • Ocean (Fragrance oil). The smell of a clean ocean breeze with a slight musky tone.
  • Patchouli (Essential oil). The rich, earthy scent of dark patchouli.
  • Rosemary Mint (Essential oils). A blend of rosemary, peppermint, and spearmint essential oils. The spearmint really comes through.
  • Sandalwood (Fragrance and Essential oil). Strong, masculine, sandalwood scent.
  • Tea Tree (Essential oil). A very strong, clean smell that is slightly medicinal.
  • Thieves Defense (Essential oil). A spicy, earthy blend of essential oils.

  • Anise Orange (Essential oil). A blend of licorice and orange.
  • Apple (Fragrance oil). A crisp and juicy apple scent that's just perfect for Fall.
  • Baby Powder (Fragrance oil). Smells just like baby powder.
  • Candied Strawberries  (Fragrance oil). A sweet, juicy strawberry scent 
  • Caribbean Mule (Fragrance oil). A mix of Fresh lime, tangy ginger, and coconut.
  • Cedarwood Vanilla (Fragrance and Essential oils). A blend of cedarwood essential oil with a hint of vanilla to soften it slightly.
  • Chocolate (Fragrance oil). A deep, rich, fudge-like chocolate.
  • Cider Press (Fragrance oil). A blend of apples and cinnamon.
  • Citrus Tea (Essential oils). A blend of citrus and tea tree essential oils.
  • Coffee scrubby (Fragrance oil). A warm and rich coffee aroma.
  • Cranberry Spice (Fragrance oil). The sweetness of cranberries plus the added spiciness of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • Daffodil (Fragrance oil). A sweet, floral scent.
  • Date night (Fragrance oil). A scent  for both men and women, a mix of musky, exotic, warm scents.
  • Dragon Blood (Fragrance oil). A rich, earthy, musky scent with a hint of powder.
  • Emery's Flower Garden (Fragrance oil). A blend of many different floral scents.
  • English Garden (Fragrance oil). A light, floral, spring garden scent. 
  • Evergreen (Fragrance oil). Strongly smells of pine, balsam fir, and cedar and provides a fresh and clean scent that is great for both men and women.
  • Fall Harvest (Fragrance oil).  Warm, cozy aroma of fall baked goods. 
  • Fiji Island (Fragrance oil). Scented with coconut, lime, and lemon verbena.
  • Fresh & Manly (Fragrance oil). Crisp, Clean, Mountain air. 
  • Gardenia (Fragrance oil). A floral scent that smells strongly of gardenia.
  • Ginger Lime (Essential oils). Ginger and lime essential oils for a citrus scent with a bit of a kick.
  • Hazelnut (Fragrance oil). A combination of hazelnut with a hint of coffee.
  • Irish Cream (Fragrance oil). A rich, creamy scent of Irish cream liqueur.
  • Lavender Peppermint (Essential oils). A blend of soothing lavender and uplifting peppermint.
  • Lilac (Fragrance oil). The floral scent of a blooming lilac bush.
  • Mango (Fragrance oil). A sweet, tropical mango scent.
  • Mimosa Mandarin (Fragrance oil). An orangey, effervescent scent.
  • Moonflower (Fragrance oil). Delicate, floral, moonflower scent.
  • Mountain Top (Fragrance oil). A crisp, invigorating scent, reminiscent of mountain air.
  • Nag Champa (Fragrance oil). Hints of baby powder and musk.
  • Nautical (Fragrance oil). A crisp, rich, slightly aquatic scent perfect for men and women.
  • Oakmoss (Fragrance oil). A rich, earthy, woodsy scent.
  • OMH Scrub (Fragrance oil). A warm, strong, oatmeal, milk, & honey scent.
  • Peach (Fragrance oil). A sweet peach scent.
  • Peppermint (Essential oil). Uplifting peppermint scent.
  • Pink Grapefruit (Fragrance oil). A warm, vibrant, citrusy scent of grapefruit.
  • Pink Sugary (Fragrance oil). A sweet cross of vanilla and cotton candy.
  • Pomegranate Lemonade (Fragrance oil). Mostly sweet but slightly tart.
  • Pumpkin (Fragrance oil). The rich scent of a pumpkin pie.
  • Red Clover Tea (Fragrance oil). Lightly floral and refreshingly sweet.
  • Rose (Fragrance oil). The scent of a blooming rosebud.
  • Strawberries and Champagne (Fragrance oil). A light scent with hints of effervescent, sweet strawberries.
