Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a one-time purchase or as an autoship. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel each type of purchase.
One-Time Purchase
When you complete your order and submit your payment, we immediately charge your credit card and authorize your order to ship. If you wish to cancel, please email us at soap@goatmilkstuff.com. If we read your email before your order has been fulfilled, we will cancel your order and refund it to your card less the credit card processing fees.
Please understand that there is no guarantee we will see your email first. Fulfillment of orders and email customer service are two different areas of Goat Milk Stuff that operate independently of one another. We will do our best, but submitting your order means that you may not be able to cancel it before it ships.
If your order ships, you may mark it "return to sender" if you don't wish to keep it. When we receive it back, we will refund your order less shipping costs and credit card processing fees.
Autoship
When you set up an autoship, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the autoship frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. You will receive notification before your next autoship is mailed to you.
You may cancel your autoship by logging into your Goat Milk Stuff account and clicking on "Manage Autoship".
If you cancel your autoship after it has already shipped, you may mark it "return to sender" if you don't wish to keep it. When we receive it back, we will refund your order less shipping costs and credit card processing fees.
