If you don't love something, let us know within 60 days of placing your order. We'll give you store credit so you can try something else!
And the best part? You don't have to send your used product back!
How Our Love-It Guarantee Works
- Try your products. Enjoy your new Goat Milk Stuff soap or skincare.
- Not loving something? Email us at soap@goatmilkstuff.com within 60 days of your order date. Include your order number and tell us which product didn't work for you.
- We'll help you try something else. If your product qualifies, we'll email you an electronic gift card for the amount you paid for that product.
- Find something you'll love! Use your gift card within 2 months to shop for any product on goatmilkstuff.com.
Love-It Guarantee Details
- 60-day window: Contact us within 60 days of your original order date.
- Where to shop: The guarantee applies only to purchases you make directly from goatmilkstuff.com.
- Store credit: Eligible products receive store credit for the purchase price paid, not including shipping or sales tax.
- Credit expiration: Your electronic gift card must be used within 2 months of issuance.
- Product limit: The guarantee covers up to 3 products per customer in any rolling 12-month period.
- Eligible orders: Both one-time purchases and subscription orders qualify.
- Excluded Products: These products are not covered by the guarantee - Custom items, Refill products (Laundry Refills, Liquid Soap Refills, and Lotion Tubs), Best Soap Bundles, Irregular Soaps, and Underweight Soaps.
What if I Want to Return Something?
Our Love-It Guarantee is for products you've tried but didn't love. You don't need to return those used products to receive eligible store credit.
If you have unused products you would like to return, please review our Return and Refund Policy. For sanitary and health reasons, only eligible unused products may be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back.
