Raw Goat Milk
Unlike our competitors, we only use goat milk from our own herd of healthy, pastured dairy goats. Our milk travels several hundred feet from our milking parlor to our soaproom. It isn't transported hundreds of miles and it's often turned into soap the same day it is collected. This ultra-fresh milk is as healthy as possible and is high in skin-nourishing ingredients like Selenium, Vitamin A, and Lactic Acid.

Olive Oil
Olive oil is a natural emollient, and can keep your skin hydrated and nourished. Its healthy fats can penetrate deeply into your skin, leaving it soft and supple. It is packed with antioxidants like vitamin E and polyphenols that can help neutralize free radicals and reduce inflammation caused by sun damage. Lemongrass essential oil has many antimicrobial properties and may help boost the immune system and fight against bacteria. One study says it was effective against bacterial organisms that cause skin and blood infections. In another study, it was effective against Acinetobacter baumannii, a bacteria that causes pneumonia. It provides antifungal effects and can potentially help treat fungal infections like athlete’s foot. It has antioxidant properties that can help with skin issues and improve cellular repair. As an antioxidant, lemongrass can get rid of free radicals, thus reducing the oxidative stress on your skin.

Saponified
Saponification is the chemical soapmaking reaction that turns the ingredients into soap. We use sodium hydroxide as the catalyst for bar soap and potassium hydroxide as the catalyst for liquid soap. Neither of these ingredients are left in the finished soap. They have all been used up in the saponification reaction and turned into soap.

1. Rinse hands with water.
2. Apply a pump or two directly to your dirty hands.
3. Rub hands together and scrub for at least thirty seconds.
4. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Particularly dirty hands may need to repeat steps 1-4.
6. Dry with a clean towel.
