Ingredients: Filtered water; Saponified olive and castor oil; Raw goat milk; Lemongrass Essential oil.
Native to Southeast Asia, Lemongrass embodies a fresh and citrusy scent that reduces stress and promotes mental clarity. Lemongrass contains limonene, a flavonoid reported to reduce inflammation, which is one reason it has been used for thousands of years as an herbal medicine and cooking staple. Crisp and revitalizing with hints of lemon, the scent is the perfect pick-me-up for sluggish, low-energy days.

Lemongrass Liquid Goat Milk Soap Benefits
With the Lemongrass Liquid Goat Milk Soap, you can leave your hands feeling soft, clean, and smelling great! Foamy and gentle on your skin, this liquid soap is a convenient alternative when bar soap is not available. You also don't need to worry about dropping a slippery bar of soap. Liquid Soap may also be more convenient for children to use to make sure they are using enough soap to remove dirt and germs.
While we designed the Liquid Goat Milk Soap to be used on your hands, it is safe for your face, hands, and body. Made with natural ingredients, Lemongrass Liquid Goat Milk Soap is tough on dirt and grime, yet leaves your hands feeling soft and clean with every wash.
How To Use Liquid Goat Milk Soap
- Rinse hands with water
- Apply a pump or two of our Liquid Goat Milk Soap directly to your dirty hands.
- Rub hands together and scrub for at least thirty seconds.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Dry with a clean towel.
- Feel the difference natural goat milk soap makes on your skin!
Using the Liquid Soap Foamer Bottle
Many commercial liquid soaps contain chemical lubricants which extend the life of the foamer bottle. While this may be good for your foamer, we don't think it's very good for your skin. Because we don't add any chemical lubricants, your foamer bottle may have a limited lifespan. Please expect to have to replace your foamer bottles periodically.
If the pump on your foamer bottle is "sticking", one of the following tips may help extend the life of your foamer bottle. Most of the time, the foamer just needs to be replaced but we have had some customers report they've had some success with these tips.
- Has it been awhile since you've used the foamer bottle? As the pump is used, there is residual liquid on the screen. If the pump is not used frequently, that soap liquid can dry, creating a film on the screen which can ultimately clog the screen making the pump hard to use. Try using the foamer more frequently.
- Is there liquid in the air chamber? You should see it inside the chamber below the pump. If so, turn it upside down and pump a few times which should get the water out of the air chamber.
- Has there been liquid in the air chamber for a while? If so, clean as above. However, if the soap has had time to degrade the silicone in the pump, it may not regain the original amount of "spring".
- Is the screen clogged? Remove the foamer and place the straw in some warm water. Pump water through (the water won't foam). If the pump is clogged with dried soap, then use the pump more frequently, keeping the screen cleaned.
- Is the soap too thick? To work in the foam pump bottles the liquid should be water-thin. If it is too thick, the pump won't work properly and/or can be permanently damaged. To resolve, add just a tiny amount of water. If you dilute the soap too much, it won't foam well.
If the pump is still sticking and none of the above steps have resolved it, it could be the screen is not cleaning or the lubricant on the pump is dissolved. If you feel brave, try taking the whole mechanism apart and cleaning it with hot water. It may make it work again or it may remove all the remaining lubricant completely, causing the pump to become very hard to use - so don't do this unless you try all the other steps first.

Ingredients
Ingredients
Ingredients: Filtered water; Saponified olive and castor oil; Raw goat milk; Lemongrass Essential oil.
Raw Goat Milk
Unlike our competitors, we only use goat milk from our own herd of healthy, pastured dairy goats. Our milk travels several hundred feet from our milking parlor to our soaproom. It isn't transported hundreds of miles and it's often turned into soap the same day it is collected. This ultra-fresh milk is as healthy as possible and is high in skin-nourishing ingredients like Selenium, Vitamin A, and Lactic Acid.
Olive Oil
Olive oil is a natural emollient, and can keep your skin hydrated and nourished. Its healthy fats can penetrate deeply into your skin, leaving it soft and supple. It is packed with antioxidants like vitamin E and polyphenols that can help neutralize free radicals and reduce inflammation caused by sun damage. This can help prevent signs of aging like wrinkles and fine lines. It contains anti-inflammatory compounds that can help soothe your skin as well as natural antimicrobial compounds that can help fight bacteria on your skin.Ā
Castor Oil
If you have acne, rosacea, or any other inflammatory skin condition, castor oil's anti-inflammatory properties can help soothe your skin and reduce redness. It contains antimicrobial and antibacterial properties that can help prevent bacteria growth on your skin, which can help you avoid skin infections and breakouts. Castor oil is rich in antioxidants that can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on your skin.Ā
Lemongrass Essential Oil
Lemongrass essential oil has many antimicrobial properties and may help boost the immune system and fight against bacteria. One study says it was effective against bacterial organisms that cause skin and blood infections. In another study, it was effective against Acinetobacter baumannii, a bacteria that causes pneumonia. It provides antifungal effects and can potentially help treat fungal infections like athleteās foot. It has antioxidant properties that can help with skin issues and improve cellular repair. As an antioxidant, lemongrass can get rid of free radicals, thus reducing the oxidative stress on your skin.
Saponified
Saponification is the chemical soapmaking reaction that turns the ingredients into soap. We use sodium hydroxide as the catalyst for bar soap and potassium hydroxide as the catalyst for liquid soap. Neither of these ingredients are left in the finished soap. They have all been used up in the saponification reaction and turned into soap.

About Us
The Jonas family is a God-loving, hard-working, ever-learning family that seeks to honor Jesus in all that we do.Ā We began Goat Milk Stuff to share the goodness of goat milk with others, to bring Jim home full-time, and to provide an environment where the children could learn to be entrepreneurs. As the children and Goat Milk Stuff have grown, we've been able to watch all of these goals come to fruition. We have a very simple philosophy when it comes to parenting and educating our children.

Meet Our Goats
We breedĀ AlpineĀ andĀ Nigerian DwarfĀ registered dairy goats in Scottsburg, Indiana - only half an hour North of Louisville, Kentucky.Ā Our Alpine dairy goats are raised as naturally as possible. We have a 36 acre farm in Southern Indiana, and the goats spend their days in the woods, in their pastures, or in the barn if there's bad weather.
Baby goats are raised on their mom's colostrum and goat milk. Babies are weaned around 3-4 months old. Since the moms are milked for about 10 months, there is plenty of excess milk to use in our goat milk products.
