Commonly used in aromatherapy, Lavender exudes a floral and sweet scent that is revered for its calming effects. As an adaptogen, Lavender naturally relaxes the nervous system, making it the perfect companion for your wind-down ritual before bed or any time you need a moment of peace and clarity. Characterized by the delicate purple hue of its flowers, Lavender may seem airy and light, but the plant is actually complex and resilient — which reminds us of our gentle, but effective Goat Milk Solid Lotions.

Solid Goat Milk Lotion Stick Benefits

plus minus

When your skin needs moisture, choose the most nourishing ingredients possible. Generally, liquid lotions require chemical preservatives to prevent bacteria from growing. While liquid lotion may contain irritating chemicals, our solid Goat Milk Lotion Stick focuses on simple, nourishing, and natural ingredients. Rather than being creamy or “liquidy,” our lotion has a similar consistency to a lip balm, which stops the bacteria and other nasties that can be found in liquid lotion from ever growing. With the added benefits of dehydrated goat milk, like lactic acid, Vitamin A, Selenium, and other natural compounds, your skin is in for an extra treat with its nourishing benefits.

How to Pick the Right Solid Goat Milk Lotion Stick for You

plus minus

There are two different solid Goat Milk Lotion Stick formulas available. Both are great, and neither is better than the other. We offer two formulas so that if you have an ingredient allergy or concern, you have an option.

Our red label formula contains soybean oil, beeswax, sunflower oil, shea butter, dehydrated goat milk, and vitamin E. In combination, these ingredients nourish and moisturize the skin.

Our orange label formula uses moisturizing and wholesome ingredients such as sweet almond oil, coconut oil, beeswax, avocado oil, cocoa butter, mango butter, and dehydrated goat milk.

The red label feels more solid, while the orange label formulation has a lower melting point and feels softer.

If you are new to solid goat milk lotion, we recommend trying one formula and then the other. If you have very young, very old, or irritated skin, the orange label applies more easily (since it is softer) and usually the better one to begin with.

How to Use the Solid Goat Milk Lotion Stick

plus minus

Since this solid lotion comes in a tube format, apply to your skin in stripes, then rub in. If using on the face, first rub the lotion onto your clean hands, then apply it to your face using your hands. Allow the lotion to sink into your skin, and it will leave it feeling soft and smooth.

Be careful not to use too much lotion since solid lotion is not diluted with water the way liquid lotions are. Your skin should not feel greasy, so if it does, you’ve used too much product. The lotion should be fully absorbed in two minutes or less.

Goat Milk Lotion Stick Sizes

plus minus

The Lotion Stick comes in two different sizes, both small and large. The small stick is a convenient pocket or purse size for on-the-go hydration. The large stick is the easiest to apply, only requiring one or two passes on your limbs.

  • Small Stick: 0.5 oz.
  • Large Stick: 2 oz.

Safety Notes

plus minus

Goat Milk Lotion Stick should feel great all over your body, but to test for any possible allergic reactions, conduct a patch test on a small area. Be sure to keep the product away from your eyes. If you find an allergic reaction to one lotion formula, you may prefer our other formula.

Packaging Notes

plus minus

The Goat Milk Lotion Stick comes packaged in a labeled, twist-up stick tube with a cap. Similar to both the consistency and packaging of lip balm, the container can be raised and lowered during use. The formula is indicated by the red or orange label color and the ingredient list on the label
