2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible.
Entrants must have a valid mobile phone capable of receiving SMS messages at the time of entry and prize award. Entrants must be signed up to receive both Goat Milk Stuff emails and SMS at the time of prize award.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on April 6, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on April 7, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
SMS Entry: Enter your valid phone number above. You will receive a confirmation message and be automatically subscribed to receive recurring marketing SMS messages from Goat Milk Stuff. Message and data rates may apply. See your wireless carrier for pricing plan details.
Consent: By entering, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/mobile phone number during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person or phone number will be disqualified. Use of automated devices or programs to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Alternative Free Entry: To enter without subscribing to SMS messages, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address to: Goat Milk Stuff SMS Giveaway Entry, 76 S Lake Rd N, Scottsburg, IN 47170. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 4/7/2026 and received by 4/13/2026. Limit one mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope.
5. Random Drawing & Odds
On or about April 15, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Goat Milk Stuff digital gift card (ARV: $100 USD each). Total ARV of all prizes: $300 USD.
Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions at https://goatmilkstuff.com/products/goat-milk-soap-gift-card. No cash redemption or prize substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners will be notified by SMS to the phone number used to enter and/or by email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of notification with required information (full name, mailing address, email) to claim the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, or fails to provide required information, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.
Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.
8. SMS Terms
Carriers: Compatible with most U.S. carriers, but not guaranteed. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Contact your carrier for details.
Frequency: You may receive up to 3 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Privacy: Your information will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://goatmilkstuff.com/pages/privacy-policy.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.
TCPA Compliance: Entrants expressly consent to receive SMS messages as described. This consent satisfies TCPA requirements for express written consent to automated marketing messages.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and state of residence for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide without further compensation.
11. Disputes
Governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes must be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Indiana. Entrants waive right to jury trial and class actions.
12. Winners List
For the names of winners (available after April 18, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Goat Milk Stuff SMS Giveaway Winners, 76 S Lake Rd N, Scottsburg, IN 47170. Requests must be received by June 18, 2026.
