How to Use a Discount Code or Gift Card

Our discount codes may have conditions that need to be met for the code to work. Please make sure you meet the conditions (such as minimum balance or a certain product added) before entering the code.

To use a discount code or gift card, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the shopping cart page.
  2. Scroll down and click on "Secure Checkout".

For Mobile:

  1. Click on the down arrow next to the red words "Order summary". After clicking, the words "Hide order summary" will appear
  2. Scroll down (if necessary) til you see the box that says "gift card or discount code".
  3. Enter the discount code in the "gift card or discount code" box.
  4. Make sure you click "apply".
  5. Remember that free shipping is available when your total AFTER the discount is applied reaches the Free Shipping threshold.

If the discount drops your subtotal below the Free Shipping threshold, you will no longer qualify for free shipping.

For Desktop:

  1. On all 3 upcoming checkout pages (Information > Shipping > Payment), there is a box that says "gift card or discount code".
  2. Enter the discount code in the "gift card or discount code" box.
  3. Make sure you click "apply".
  4. Remember that free shipping is available when your total AFTER the discount is applied reaches the Free Shipping threshold.
