How to Use Oatmeal Milk & Honey Goat Milk Bath
- Fill your bathtub with comfortable warm/hot water.

- Swish water around til Milk Bath is dissolved (you can do this while in the tub).
- Soak (while relaxing or playing depending on your age and temperament) for 20-30 minutes.
- Carefully exit the bathtub and pat dry.
There is no need to rinse off (unless you added an excessive amount of milk bath).
