Activated Bamboo Charcoal Travel Goat Milk Soap

This Activated Bamboo Charcoal Travel Soap weighs 1 to 1.25 ounces and measures approximately 1" x 1" x 2". It is packaged in a plastic bag containing a recyclable soap variety identification card.

Each Activated Bamboo Charcoal Goat Milk Soap is available in a variety of sizes to suit your personal preferences. All soaps are weighed and meet the minimum weight six weeks after being made. As they continue to age and cure, they will last even longer although they may lose water weight, causing them to be slightly lighter.

Activated Bamboo Charcoal Goat Milk Soap is available in these sizes and packaging:

• Mega Activated Bamboo Charcoal Naked with no packaging: Weighs between 6.5 oz and 8.5 oz with the vast majority weighing between 7.0 and 7.5 oz. Mega soaps measure approximately 3.5" x 1.75" x 2". Please be aware that there will be variations in the sizes of these soaps which is why they are offered at such a great price!
• Standard Activated Bamboo Charcoal in a Cotton Bag: Weighs 4 to 4.8 ounces and measures approximately 3.5" x 1" x 2". Packaged in a labeled, draw-string cotton bag.
• Standard Activated Bamboo Charcoal Naked with no packaging: Weighs between 3.6 and 4.5 oz. Please be aware that there will be variations in the sizes of these soaps which is why they are offered at such a great price!
• Travel Activated Bamboo Charcoal: Weighs 1 to 1.25 ounces and measures approximately 1" x 1" x 2". Packaged in a plastic bag containing a recyclable soap variety identification card.

Each different goat milk soap size fits differently in your hand and serves a different purpose depending on your needs. Regardless of size, each bar is long-lasting, so it is both a high-value and high-quality product.

The Charcoal Goat Milk Soap does produce a grey lather and is not recommended for use with white washcloths, as it may stain them.

Activated Bamboo Charcoal Goat Milk Soap is safe to apply all over your body, except for directly in your eyes. An allergic reaction may be possible, so before using it all over, conduct a patch test on a small area of skin first to discover any sensitivities. If you do have an allergic reaction, stop using it immediately.

When bamboo is burned and then activated with gas or steam, the activation process creates small pores in the charcoal, which can catch impurities and increase absorption potential. Since activated charcoal is so absorptive, it may help with acne by drawing out skin impurities while also exfoliating. This process helps leave the skin clean and smooth and free of dirt and oil that may cause congestion or breakouts.

Charcoal’s absorptive properties may also control odor. While there is not an abundance of scientific research backing these skincare claims, generally, our customers say charcoal is an effective and beneficial additive that their skin enjoys!

Goat milk soap provides many skin benefits, and the miracle of goat milk soap lies in the lactic acid, Vitamin A, Selenium, and other compounds it naturally contains. Lactic acid is a natural alpha-hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates the skin, revealing a youthful and radiant complexion. In addition to lactic acid’s anti-aging properties, goat milk also contains antioxidants, reducing the skin’s oxidative stress (did you know oxidative stress leads to premature aging?). All of these natural benefits are still gentle, meaning Activated Bamboo Charcoal Goat Milk Soap can still be enjoyed by people with sensitive skin or skin conditions.

Skin health is amplified by the naturally occurring minerals of the milk, such as Selenium and Vitamin A, which helps in the repair of sun-damaged skin. Goat milk also contains cream that is incredibly nourishing and moisturizing, which assists in common skin problems like cracking, peeling, and eczema. Activated Bamboo Charcoal Goat Milk Soap thoroughly cleans and moisturizes your skin, while also caring for common skin concerns, all without added harsh chemicals.

The unscented soap varieties smell like soap, yet do not have any added scents or fragrances (including essential oils!) to reduce the risk of irritation. Unscented soap does still have a smell because the ingredients used in soap production contain natural scents that we do not chemically remove. For example, coconut oil smells like coconut oil, milk smells like milk, and unscented soap smells like unscented soap.

If you are hyper-sensitive to scents in general, start with a smaller sized bar to make sure the pure soap smell itself is not irritating.

Please be aware that we make many scented products in our Soaproom. While there is no added scent to the Charcoal Goat Milk Soap itself, when you receive your soap you may be able to smell scents on the exterior of your soap and the packaging it arrives in. If you are extremely sensitive to scent, you can remove the packaging and even wash with the soap once to remove any scent that may have settled out of the air onto your soap.

We would love to someday have a separate building dedicated to unscented products and packaging, but unfortunately, we don't have that ability at present.

To use our goat milk soap, get the soap wet and lather directly into your hands, or on a soft washcloth. The rich, creamy lather will leave your skin clean but not stripped, and after use, you may find that you don’t need to use lotion thanks to our deeply nourishing formula.

Feel free to use this natural soap anywhere including face, hands, and body, though do avoid getting the soap directly in your eyes. For those starting with incredibly sensitive skin, we suggest trying the travel size bar to make sure the soap does not irritate your skin.
