Lavender Baking Soda Free Deodorant

With more studies showing the harmful effects of the chemicals regularly used in body care products, isn't it time to switch to a safer product?

These Natural Deodorants contain

  • NO aluminum
  • NO petroleum-based chemicals
  • NO parabens or phthalates
  • NO baking soda
  • Simple, natural ingredients

And because it is a deodorant (and not an antiperspirant), it won't clog your pores and stop your body from detoxing.

Each deodorant contains 2.5 ounces of Natural Deodorant in a twist-up tube and is scented with Lavender essential oil. Lavender can help fight bacteria while leaving behind a clean scent.

If this is your first time using the Natural Deodorant, we always recommend trying a Natural Deodorant Sample before committing to the full-sized deodorant. Choose the "Sample" from the Size menu to make sure that the Natural Deodorant works for you.

If you've been using chemical antiperspirants for a while, you may find that you experience detox symptoms (such as a rash) when switching to a Natural Deodorant. Not everyone does, but if you do, here is some information on How to Detox Your Armpits which may help you during the transition period.

Natural Deodorant Formulas

There are two formulas available. This is the Baking Soda Free Natural Deodorant. There are also regular versions if you are not sensitive to baking soda.

If you have sensitive skin issues or allergies, we recommend using the unscented or an essential oil variety first.

Please remember that both formulas are deodorants and not antiperspirants.

A Natural Deodorant will not prevent you from sweating. If you sweat heavily, you may need to apply it more than once throughout the day. We personally have not found this necessary unless working hard outside all day on a hot, humid day.

Natural Deodorant Directions

When applying Natural Deodorant, please try dabbing it, and not rubbing it on. Because the Natural Deodorant is softer than most commercial antiperspirants, rubbing it on often causes you to over-apply. If you over-apply and put on too much Natural Deodorant, it can make a mess of your shirt.

You can feel the salt (inhibits bacteria) while you're applying it, but it should not sting even if you have recently shaved.

Natural Deodorant Ingredients

Coconut Oil; Arrowroot Powder; Beeswax; Shea Butter; Salt; Dehydrated Goat Milk; Lavender Essential Oil.

Please note that we are still using up old labels and "dehydrated goat milk" may not be listed on the label, but it is included.

A Note About SafetyIf you are concerned about an allergic reaction, test the deodorant on a small area of skin and stop using if irritation occurs.

If you have sensitive skin issues or allergies, we recommend starting with the unscented or an essential oil variety. We also have Natural Deodorant Samples available for you to try before committing to a full-sized deodorant.

If you have a reaction to the Natural Deodorant, please read the information on How to Detox Your Armpits. This information may or may not help you during the transition period to using a Natural Deodorant.
